Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the aladin88 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. This agreement takes full effect from the date your account is registered.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

aladin88 provides a range of secure payment methods for the convenience of players in Malaysia. All financial transactions are subject to the following limits and conditions:

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM10, regardless of the payment method chosen;
• The minimum withdrawal per transaction is RM100;
• Withdrawals are usually processed within 5 to 30 minutes after the request is submitted;
• The withdrawal method must be the same as the deposit method used.

Payment methods accepted on the aladin88 platform include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and crypto assets including USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR), except crypto payments which are subject to the current exchange rate.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by aladin88, including the welcome bonus, are subject to their specific terms. Players should understand the following conditions before claiming any bonus:

• The welcome bonus offered is 100% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300;
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount received;
• Calculation example: A deposit of RM100 yields a RM100 bonus bringing the balance to RM200 and a wagering requirement of RM2,500 (RM100 × 25);
• Another example: A deposit of RM800 yields a RM300 bonus bringing the balance to RM1,100 and a wagering requirement of RM7,500 (RM300 × 25);
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full;
• aladin88 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion without prior notice.

Player Conduct and Prohibitions

Players are required to use the aladin88 platform in a lawful, ethical and responsible manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aladin88 platform:

• Fraud, hacking or any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform;
• Use of automation software, bots or third-party programs to assist with gameplay;
• Money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful financial activity;
• Sharing login details or allowing another individual to use your account;
• Harassment, threats or racially charged language directed at other players or aladin88 staff;
• Registering an account using a false identity or another person's information.

A breach of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate action by aladin88, including the suspension or permanent closure of the account and the freezing of all funds held within it, subject to a thorough investigation.

Privacy and Protection of Personal Information

Account Closure and Suspension

aladin88 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict or close any player's account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Request from the relevant authorities;
• The player is unable to verify their identity or age when required;
